This controller was disassembled and cleand,. reassembled with new sticks and battery back.They are then tested. after passing.They are wiped down with a plastic conditioner and put in a ziplock bag. So you get a clean controller . i believe is a custom made controller special order from Microsoft. It feels more quality than the unbranded ones. In good shape. A little scratched at bottom of battery back. Will come well packaged and ships fast
